American Express Member Week is an annual celebration of cardholders where Amex offers exclusive events, experiences and promotions. The third annual Member Week will be held October 9-13, 2023.

Who is eligible for Amex Member Week promotions?
Amex Member Week promotions are available to all U.S. consumer and small business American Express cardholders. Many offers are available to all Amex cardholders, while select offers are targeted to specific types of cards.

During American Express Member Week, eligible U.S. Card Members and prospective customers can participate in offers catering to music lovers, foodies, travelers, golfers and more. Member Week Passholders will receive mobile notifications about exclusive events and promotions targeted to their interests and location.

Earn up to $375 in statement credits
American Express U.S. Card Members can earn statement credits when making eligible purchases upon enrollment from October 9-13, 2023 at a variety of merchants. During American Express Member Week, eligible U.S. Card Members can enroll and get up to $375 in statement credits through these offers:
- Get a $25 statement credit when you spend a minimum of $75 at participating Resy restaurants, up to two times. Must redeem by Dec. 8, 2023.
- Delta SkyMiles Card Members can earn travel credits when booking eligible international flights through Delta.com (terms apply).
- Eligible Card Members (excluding Delta SkyMiles Card Members) booking through AmexTravel.com can access special offers on select airlines, including Delta, Lufthansa and Qatar Airways, and on 17 cruise lines.
- Earn an $80 statement credit at select Hilton properties when spending $200+ on reservations booked directly through Hilton.com (card exclusions apply).
- Business Card Members get up to $165 in total value on select purchases from DocuSign, Hertz, Instacart Business (card exclusions apply), Lowe’s and Squarespace.
- Eligible Card Members can enroll in special offers from Bose, Dell, Hydro Flask, Levi’s, Revolve, Shiseido, Sunglass Hut and Vuori.
Amex Presales
During Member Week, eligible U.S. Card Members will have exclusive presale access to select shows and events, including:
- Coachella passes for 2024 will be available exclusively during Member Week, as well as the exclusive Desert Summer Tote.
- LCD Soundsystem will be performing in New York City at Terminal 5, Brooklyn Steel and Knockdown Center, and American Express Card Members will have access to presale tickets from October 10-11, 2023 only. During the residency, each of the three venues will host an Amex Card Member exclusive show.
- From October 9-22, 2023: Card Members will have presale access to purchase tickets to the 2024 U.S. Open Golf Championship at North Carolina’s Pinehurst Resort and Country Club.
